Shipping

We carefully package each order at our warehouse for shipment within 2 business days. If items are on backorder, we will contact you with revised shipping timeframes. We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) and you will have the option to choose your preferred shipping method and carrier at checkout. Please note that UPS will not deliver to a PO Box address; please choose USPS for any PO Box address. If you choose an expedited shipping method, please note that our processing time of up to 2 business days will still apply in addition to the time in transit. We do offer rush processing for a fee of $15, please call us at 1.877.477.2269 to inquire about availability of this service and to ensure we will be able to meet your timeframes.

Your shipping charges are based on the actual weight and volume of packages and you will see real-time shipping charges throughout the checkout process. All domestic orders of $100 or more receive complimentary shipping. You will receive a UPS tracking number or a USPS Delivery confirmation number via email upon shipment of your package. We suggest you retain this email for your records until you receive your package. Please allow 2-8 business days for delivery of your package.

International Shipping

We are happy to offer International shipping options to our many overseas customers. You will need register an account BEFORE checkout to enable International shipping options. We ship to Canada, the European Union, Oceania and Asia; all countries we provide shipping to will be listed in the drop-down menu at checkout.

International orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail International. Priority Mail generally requires 10-14 business days for delivery, though customs and shipping delays are possible. Please allow adequate time for receipt of your order. If you have not received your order within 30 days, please let us know. The U.S. Postal Service does not offer tracking beyond U.S. borders. Please note that we are required by law to include accurate customs forms with all international packages. We are unable to declare orders as 'gifts' or report incorrect values. Thank you for your understanding.

Once the parcel reaches the destination country, it is turned over to the local Postal Service and held until it clears customs. The delivery may be subject to additional duties and/or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Once the package is handed over to the local country, it becomes subject to rules and delivery timeframes of the local postal service, including any holidays or weather delays, which can add to the shipment time.
