Spabox Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be 100% delighted with your order from Spabox. If there has been a mistake with your order or your items arrive damaged, please contact us right away and we will make things right. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unopened, new and unused merchandise for a store credit within 30 days of the delivery date. The credit can be used to purchase any item of your choosing at our webstore or our retail boutique in Santa Fe. Please note that return credits are valid for one year from the date of issue. We regret we cannot refund any shipping charges or accept returns of any opened or used product.
If you need to make a return please contact us. We will issue an RA#, which will expedite the processing of your return. Please package up the items securely (we strongly suggest you insure the package) and ship to:
